One of the achievements of this brand is that AL was got the order of official designer for ‘Common Wealth Games’ opening and closing ceremony which was held in New Delhi in the year 2010. JJ Valaya was born on 8th October 1967 in Jodhpur, India and it is Indian fashion designer and couturier from New Delhi, India. In the year 1992, he was founded House of Valaya, a luxury fashion and lifestyle house along with his brother TJ Singh. For over 20 years, he has been designing for men and women and has bridal and evening collection with day-wear and ready-to-wear. He was the founder member of Fashion Design Council of India and 1st brand ambassador of Crystal giant Swarovski worldwide. He released his first book, Decoded Paradox in the year 2011 as fine art photographer. He has received many awards and recognitions like Elyxa Award at The NIFT Graduation Show, Thapar Dupont Medal at The NIFT Graduation Show, Thapar Dupont Medal at The NIFT Graduation Show etc.

Manish Arora

Manish Arora is Indian fashion designer based in New Delhi. In the year 2011, he was appointed as creative director of the women wear collection of the French fashion house whose name is Paco Rabanne. In the year 1997, he launched his own label with his name “Manish Arora” and started retailing in India. In the year 2001, he launched his 2nd label “”Fish Fry”. During 2004, he awarded the Best Women’s Prêt Designer at first ever Indian Fashion Awards’. In May 2005, Manish participated in Miami Fashion Week where he was presented with designer’s choice for Best Collection Award. By 2009, In India, Manish owned four stores and sold his collections to above 80 retailers globally. For further expand the label, the designer also entered into a joint venture with BIBA Apparels Pvt. Ltd. His some work also displayed at the Victoria and Albert Museum, in the Fabric of India 2014-15 Exhibition.

She is the 1st designer to have showed her collection in Paris in the year 1998. Ritu Beri, the fashion designer wrote Most Expensive Indian Book i.e. Firefly – A Fairytale. The book is published by Ritu Beri herself and priced this book at Rs 1 lakh. In the year 2000, she has won Millennium Achiever and Rashtriya Shiromani Awards. She also received Global Excellence Award for her contribution in the field of fashion, Kalpana Chawla Excellence Awards 2007. In the year 2010, she is one of the highest civilian awards by French government, for her contribution to fashion industry.

Sabyasachi Mukherjee was born on 23rd February 1974 in Manicktala, near Kolkata, India. He is Indian fashion designer and since 1999, he has sold designer merchandise using ‘Sabyasachi’ label. He is one of the Associate Designer Members of Fashion Design Council of India and youngest board member of National Museum of Indian Cinema. He has designed costumes for Bollywood films like Laaga Chunari Mein Daag, Raavan, Guzaarish, English Vinglish, Babul etc.  In the year 2008, he has launched line of jewelry fully designed by him in association with GAJA brand. Designer has also started the kids wear line under the label “Chota Sabhya”. At the MTV Lycra style awards, He was declared best Designer of India and won “Society” Achievers award for best new Indian designer.
