Her father was a painter and comics artist whereas her mother was a maid; cleaned holiday houses and hotels. Azalea began rapping since the age of 14 year. In pursuit of her desire of moving to America, She dropped out of high school. She used to work and save the money she earned. She hates going to school, had no friends and constantly being bullied for her homemade outfits.
