He made history in 2012 by becoming the first DJ to headline at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Avicii was nominated for a Grammy for Best Dance Recording with “Levels” at the 2013 Grammy Awards. He reached #6 in the ‘DJ Magazines Top 100’ 2011 poll and in 2009, and was crowned “Breakthrough Producer/DJ of the Year” in DJ Magazine’s ‘Top 100’ special edition.

At the 27th Annual International Dance Music Awards, he received multiple nominations including Best European DJ, Best Producer, Best Remixer, Best Commercial/Pop Dance Track and Best Electro/Tech House Track.
