#3. What is the minimum & maximum period for which I can avail advance from the Bank?

According to do Bank of Baroda Loan policy the Minimum period for which an advance may be sanctioned starts is one day and the maximum period depends upon the following –

  • The Debt Service Capacity of the borrower reckoned from the cash flow from the business operations; and
  • The purpose of the advance.

Normally the advances for Working Capital requirements are approved for a period up to one year and in case of fixed assets longer than one year stretchable up to 7 years.

  2. I want to register a complain against the negligence & harassment by the official of bank of barod .I am an a/c holder at birhana road kanpur branch with a/c no
    00610100014465.I have a Baroda health policy, whose premium was due on 21/02/2017,so I paid the premium of Rs.7246/=on dated 03/01/2017 in advance vide cheque no.00003to the bank for the renewal of it in due time.But due to the negligency of bank officials My premium was not sent to national insurance Up to 01/03/2017.This happens when my cheque has been cleared on 12/01/2017 and balance was deducted from my a/c.After so many request they credited the same amount on 01/03/2017 at 17:02:21 and again debited the same amount at 17:02:43.Then after sending the amount to national insurance ,my policy commenced from 03/03/2017.I want to know that Who is responsible for this & What action is going from your side for this negligencey of duty & harrasment to the customer. Still I am without my cashless cards.if anything happened to me or any insured member ofy family ,Who will be responsible,Bank or the person involved.
